HOW DOES IT WORK?
The electric griddle operates using Incoloy stainless steel heating elements positioned beneath the cooking plate. After connecting the appliance to a power supply, the operator selects the required cooking temperature using the thermostatic control system. The temperature can be adjusted from 50°C to 270°C, allowing accurate preparation for different types of food. The high-thickness dual-component cooking plate ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The lower steel layer improves temperature uniformity, while the polished AISI 316 stainless steel upper coating reduces heat radiation and provides a smooth, easy-to-clean cooking area. The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat with manual restart protection, pilot light, and temperature indicator light for safe and reliable operation. Excess grease and food residues are directed through a large drain opening into a sealed collection container, helping maintain cleanliness during cooking.
