HOW DOES IT WORK?
The electric griddle operates using Incoloy steel heating elements positioned beneath the cooking plate. After connecting the unit to a power supply, the operator selects the required cooking temperature using the thermostatic control system. The temperature can be adjusted from 50°C to 300°C, providing accurate heat control for different cooking applications. The dual-component cooking plate ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The lower steel plate improves temperature uniformity, while the polished AISI 316 stainless steel upper layer reduces heat irradiation and creates a smooth, easy-to-clean cooking surface. The thick plate construction and integrated splash guard improve safety and cooking efficiency during operation. The appliance is equipped with a safety thermostat with manual restart, a power indicator light, and a temperature indicator light for reliable and safe operation. Excess grease and food residues are directed through a large drain opening into a watertight drain pan, helping maintain cleanliness and simplifying maintenance during cooking.
